ViralDashboard AI Review: I Tested the "Whole Social Media Agency in One Login" and Found This…
In this ViralDashboard AI review: ViralDashboard AI (also written Viral Dashboard AI v5) is an AI social media dashboard from Webliska Technologies. It plans a 30-day content calendar for any business, writes captions, designs graphics in a built-in studio, publishes to 20 platforms, pulls every comment and DM into one inbox, and reports on what worked. I tested it screen by screen and rate it 7.0/10. For a one-time $147 it replaces a stack of monthly tools, and the front-end is the full system, not a stripped-down teaser. The catches: the AI credits are a fixed pot that doesn't refill, the cost of each AI action isn't published, and a few features (like listening on X) depend on setup the vendor hasn't finished.
Disclosure: I tested ViralDashboard AI with review access provided by the vendor, and went through the vendor's full 19-minute demo frame by frame. This review contains affiliate links. If you buy through them, I may earn a small fee at no extra cost to you. It doesn't change my score, and the weak spots are listed below. No tool can guarantee reach, followers or sales.

ViralDashboard AI Review: Quick Verdict
Most social media tools on JVZoo do one job: write a caption, or schedule a post. ViralDashboard tries to do the whole job a social media manager does. You tell it about a business and it plans 30 days of posts, writes and designs them, publishes them to up to 20 networks, collects the replies in one inbox, and builds a branded report at the end of the month. What impressed me most is how connected it is: the plan becomes drafts, the drafts open in the composer, a finished design goes straight into a post, and a report builds itself from your data. The launch deal is strong: the $147 All Access Bundle includes the core tool plus all five PRO upgrades and 17,000 AI credits, where the same stack costs about $339 after launch. Where it loses points is transparency: credit costs per action aren't published, the credits don't refill, and agency pricing differs between the vendor's own documents. My advice: buy the $147 All Access Bundle, skip the order bump unless you need more than 5 brands, and only take MAX if you'll post more than 500 times a month.
✔ What I like
- AI 30-day content strategy that drops straight into the calendar as editable drafts
- Publishes to 20 platforms from one composer, with per-network previews
- Creative Studio with templates, brand kits, AI images and "send to composer"
- Unified inbox, automation rules with test mode and a kill switch
- AI-built branded reports, 5 brands, 3 seats and a commercial license
- The front-end is the full system: $147 for what costs ~$339 after launch
✘ What I don't like
- AI credits are a fixed pot that doesn't refill
- Credit cost per action isn't published anywhere in the launch documents
- Social listening on X, Bluesky and Mastodon was unavailable in the demo
- Agency pricing conflicts: monthly on one page, one-time in the JV doc
- AI captions can need clean-up (the demo caption had raw ** symbols)
- Only a 14-day refund period, and no stated user base or track record yet
ViralDashboard AI Coupon Code & Bundle Deal
NO CODENo coupon code has been released for this launch. The discount is built into the bundle: the $147 All Access Bundle includes the core tool, all five PRO upgrades and a 5,000-credit boost, about $339 if bought separately. After October 25 it goes back to a $37 front-end with every upgrade sold separately.💡 TIPThe real saving is skipping what you don't need. The $47 Scale Pack only adds brands and accounts. Megabundle MAX ($247) mainly raises limits. Decline MAX and you'll be offered MAX Lite for $147. Run Bonus #3 before checkout. All Access ★ Best value

What Is ViralDashboard AI?
Doing social media properly means being five people at once: a strategist planning what to post, a copywriter, a designer, a community manager answering comments, and an analyst reporting on what worked. Most small businesses and freelancers end up paying for a scheduler, a design app, an AI writer and a link-in-bio tool, none of which share a calendar or a login.
ViralDashboard AI puts that whole workflow in one dashboard. You create a brand workspace and tell it what the business does, and the AI Content Strategist builds a 30-day plan balanced across content pillars, dropped into your calendar as drafts. The composer gives you AI caption options built on copywriting frameworks, the Creative Studio designs the matching graphic, and one click publishes to 20 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, Tumblr, Telegram, Google Business, Medium, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Vimeo and VK.
Around that sit a unified inbox for comments and DMs, automation (evergreen recycling and IF-THEN rules), a Feed Reader that turns articles into drafts, link-in-bio pages with email capture, analytics, social listening, competitor tracking and AI-built PDF reports, with a commercial license to run it for clients.
It's made by Webliska Technologies (Firas Alameh and Rahul Gupta) and sells on JVZoo. The launch opens on Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET and closes on Sunday, October 25 at 11:59 PM ET. ViralDashboard also sells as a monthly subscription on its own website (from $19 to $299 a month), which is what makes a one-time launch price interesting.
How ViralDashboard AI Works: My Step-by-Step Walkthrough
ViralDashboard AI works in four steps. The screenshots come from the vendor's official demo, so you can see the real screens before you buy.
- Tell it about the business. Create a brand workspace with a logo, website and timezone, and add your brand colours, fonts and voice once. Then the AI Content Strategist builds a 30-day plan around the business, balanced across pillars like Educate, Entertain, Inspire, Engage, Prove and Promote.

Step 1: create a brand workspace
The AI builds a 30-day content plan (30 drafts) for the brand
Each draft is tagged by pillar, with captions and hashtags ready to edit - Let the AI write and design every post. Open a draft in the composer, pick from AI caption options, add AI hashtag suggestions or a saved set, and set a first comment. Need a graphic? Build it in the Creative Studio from a template with your brand kit, then send it straight into the post. No exporting or re-uploading.

Step 2: the composer with an AI-written caption, ready to schedule
Ready-made Creative Studio templates you can brand in one click - Publish to 20 platforms at once. Connect your accounts once. Then one composer formats and schedules each post for every network, at the best time for each audience, with a preview of how it will look. Everything lands on one calendar.

Step 3: connect your accounts (Facebook, Instagram and X are suggested first)
Everything scheduled on one calendar - Run it, or sell it. Keep your own business visible, or use the commercial license to run the same workflow for clients, each in their own brand workspace. At month end, build a branded report and schedule it to send or share a public link.

Step 4: a branded report with your colours, ready to schedule or share
My advice: get your accounts set up properly before you connect them (my Bonus #4 lists what each platform needs), and run every AI caption through Bonus #9 before it goes out to all your networks at once.
What I Found When I Tested ViralDashboard AI
This is the part the sales page can't tell you. I combined my own time in the dashboard with a frame-by-frame look at the vendor's full 19-minute demo, and I've marked which findings come from the demo.
| What I checked | What I found |
|---|---|
| 30-day AI content strategy | A full month in one go. One generation produced a 30-draft plan split by pillar (9 Educate, 6 Entertain, 5 Inspire, 4 Engage, 3 Prove, 3 Promote), shown as a list and on the calendar, each draft with a caption and hashtags |
| AI captions | Fast and well structured. The AI wrote a full caption with a hook, a benefit checklist, a call to action and hashtags. One honest note: it came out with raw markdown asterisks around the headline, which would post as-is. A ten-second check fixes it (Bonus #9) |
| Creative Studio | A real design tool, not a bolt-on. Templates filtered by platform and style, brand kits, layers and an AI image assistant with styles like photorealistic, 3D render and watercolour, sized to the network |
| Publishing & calendar | Clean and familiar. Post now, schedule or save as a draft, with tags, campaigns, UTM parameters and a first-comment option, then a month view of everything lined up |
| Connecting accounts | Simple, but keep an eye on it. Facebook, Instagram and X are suggested first, with the rest one click away. The demo account showed an Instagram connection flagged "needs reconnecting", which is normal for any social tool. Bonus #4 includes a monthly check |
| Reports | A standout. Describe the report in a sentence and the AI builds a starter, or pick a template (monthly overview, weekly summary, platform comparison, audience growth). Add your brand colours, then schedule it to send or share a public link |
| Automation | Powerful and careful. Rules can watch comments, DMs and mentions across chosen platforms with keyword conditions, and there's a test mode and a kill switch. Design them carefully (Bonus #12) |
| Social listening | Partly ready. In the demo, X, Bluesky and Mastodon were greyed out with a note that they're unavailable until an administrator configures search API credentials. YouTube was available |
| AI credits | Clear in the app, unclear on paper. The app shows your balance, a usage panel ($1.07 for one 30-item plan generation) and a "credits running low" warning with a top-up link. The launch documents don't list what each action costs |
| Anything that didn't work | No errors, a few gaps. Nothing crashed or failed in what I saw. The gaps: listening coverage, the unpublished credit costs, and caption formatting that needs a quick check |
ViralDashboard AI Features
| Feature | What it does | My take |
|---|---|---|
| AI Content Strategist | Plans 30 days of posts around a business, balanced by pillar, as editable drafts | The headline feature. A sharp brief makes all the difference (Bonus #6). |
| Composer | One post to 20 platforms with per-network previews, 3 AI caption options, hashtags, first comment, UTM, best-time scheduling | Everything you'd expect from a premium scheduler, plus AI. |
| Creative Studio | Templates, brand kits, Unsplash/Pexels stock, AI images, multi-size export, send to composer | Saves a separate design subscription for most social graphics. |
| Unified inbox | Comments and DMs from every account, saved replies, comment-to-DM, notes, assignment, auto-moderation | Great for agencies. What each network allows through its API varies, so test your own accounts. |
| Automation | Evergreen recycling; IF-THEN rules with logs, test mode and a kill switch | Useful, and the safety controls are a good sign (Bonuses #11, #12). |
| Feed Reader | Follow niche blogs and news, AI summaries, one-click article-to-draft | Handy for curated posts. Always credit the source (Bonus #21). |
| Analytics | Cross-platform overview, per-platform tabs, demographics, best times, CSV, 90-day history | Solid for a tool at this price. MAX extends history to 12 months. |
| Listening & competitors | 5 listening queries with sentiment, 3 competitors tracked | Check which platforms are available for listening before relying on it. |
| Reports | AI-built or template reports, branded, 5 PDF reports a month, scheduled send, public link | One of the most client-ready parts of the product. |
| Link-in-bio | Bio pages in 11 themes with email capture, click analytics and QR codes | Turns followers into email subscribers you own. |
| Team & brands | 5 brand workspaces, 3 seats with roles, approval workflows, 10 GB storage | Enough for a small client roster. |
| Commercial license | Use it for paying clients | Client portals and payment links need a separate Agency plan. |

The AI Credits: Read This Before You Buy
Every AI action (captions, images, strategy plans, reply suggestions, summaries) uses credits. The All Access Bundle includes 12,000 credits plus a 5,000 boost: 17,000 in total, and they never expire. Megabundle MAX raises the vault to 30,000 and adds 10,000 fast-action credits.
That's generous, with two things to understand:
- It's a pot, not a monthly allowance. The vendor's documents describe it as a one-time deposit. Once it's spent, you top up. The vendor lists a 5,000-credit boost at $77 when sold separately.
- The cost of each action isn't published. The app shows the cost before you run an action, and the demo's usage panel showed one 30-item plan generation costing $1.07. But nowhere in the launch materials can you check how many credits a caption or an image costs before you buy. One more detail: the demo's low-credit warning said credits were left "this cycle", which doesn't quite match "never expire". Worth asking support in your first week.

My Bonus #2 turns the costs you see in the app into a runway: how many months your credits last at your real pace.
ViralDashboard AI Pricing, Upsells & Bundle
ViralDashboard AI does something I wish more launches did: the front-end is the complete system. Every launch offer is a one-time payment.
| Step | Product | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|---|
| Front-end | All Access Bundle | $147 | Core tool + Growth PRO + AI Vault Starter + Analytics Advanced + Intelligence Insight + Traffic Grow + 5,000-credit boost: 500 posts/mo, 25 accounts, 5 brands, 3 seats, 10 GB, 17,000 credits, 150 done-for-you posts in 5 industries, 90-day analytics, 5 listening queries, 3 competitors, 5 PDF reports/mo, 10 extra bio pages |
| Order bump | Scale Pack | $47 | +5 brands and +15 accounts (10 brands, 40 accounts). Stacks with MAX |
| Upsell | Megabundle MAX | $247 | 2,000 posts/mo, 50 accounts, 10 brands, 10 seats, 20 GB, bulk CSV, 30,000 credits + 10,000 fast-action, 450 DFY posts in 15 industries, 12-month history, 15 listening queries, 10 competitors, 20 PDF reports/mo + 4 scheduled client emails, 25 extra bio pages, Agency Launch Kit |
| Downsell | Megabundle MAX Lite | $147 | Every MAX upgrade except the Agency Launch Kit and the 10,000 fast-action credits. Only shown if you decline MAX |
| Separate | Agency / White-Label | See note | Client workspaces, client portal, per-client toggles, payment links, API and webhooks. The JV page lists $67/mo and $97/mo; the JV doc lists Agency Silver $97 and Gold $197 one-time. Check the checkout |
So which should you buy?
- All Access only ($147), for most people. One business or a few clients, up to 500 posts a month across 25 accounts. That's 16 posts a day.
- + Scale Pack ($47), only if you'll run 6-10 brands. It adds brands and accounts, nothing else.
- + MAX Lite ($147) or MAX ($247), for agencies. Worth it when you'll pass 500 posts a month, need more than 3 seats, or want 30,000+ credits. MAX adds the Agency Launch Kit (contents not published) and 10,000 more credits for $100 more.
The vendor also includes semi-exclusive launch bonuses with each funnel step.
ViralDashboard AI vs Paying for Five Tools
The vendor compares it to a scheduler, a design tool, an AI writer, a feed reader and a link-in-bio tool. You won't need all five, but most people pay for at least two or three. Prices for other tools change often, so check them before deciding.
| Job | ViralDashboard AI | Separate tools |
|---|---|---|
| Scheduling to 20 platforms | ✔ Included | Scheduler subscription |
| 30-day AI content plan | ✔ Included | Rarely included |
| Graphics & brand kits | ✔ Creative Studio | Design app subscription |
| AI captions & hashtags | ✔ Credit-based | AI writer subscription |
| Unified inbox | ✔ Included | Usually a higher plan |
| Bio pages + email capture | ✔ Included | Link-in-bio subscription |
| Branded client reports | ✔ Included | Usually a higher plan |
| Pricing | $147 one-time (launch) | Several monthly bills |
| Track record | New | Established |
Established tools have more depth and a longer history. ViralDashboard AI's advantage is that everything shares one calendar, one brand kit and one login, for a one-time price. Its own website sells the same software from $19 to $299 a month, so the launch bundle is the cheapest way in.
ViralDashboard AI Score Breakdown
How I scored ViralDashboard AI
ViralDashboard AI Red Flags
None of these stop me recommending it, but you should know them before you buy.
⚠ Marketing claims to read carefully
- The website's testimonials ("replaced 3 tools", "engagement jumped 40%", "SaaS revenue tripled") aren't verifiable, and it quotes both "30+" and "50+" languages.
- Claims like "sell it for $1,000 a month" depend entirely on you finding and keeping clients.
- The vendor's own documents give two different "live since" dates, and the user count is left blank.
⚠ Pricing and limits
- AI credits are a one-time pot (17,000 on All Access) and the cost per action isn't published.
- Agency pricing conflicts: $67/month and $97/month on the JV page, $97 and $197 one-time in the JV doc.
- The Agency Launch Kit in MAX has no published contents.
- 14-day refund period through JVZoo, with no separate money-back guarantee described.
⚠ Risks you manage yourself
- Listening coverage: X, Bluesky and Mastodon were unavailable in the demo pending API setup.
- Platform rules: each network decides what third-party apps can post or read, and connections expire. Test your own accounts in week one (Bonus #4).
- AI output still needs a human check before it goes to 20 networks at once (Bonus #9).
- Lifetime deal, ongoing costs: a one-time price has to fund years of servers and platform API changes.
✔ Why I'm still comfortable recommending it
- The front-end is the complete product. No "the real tool is on OTO 2"
- Safety features like automation test mode, a kill switch and approval workflows show careful design
- Credits never expire, and the app shows costs before each action
- The vendor's affiliate terms ban fake countdowns and inflated feature claims
Who Should Buy ViralDashboard AI?
✔ Good fit
- Freelancers and small agencies running several client accounts
- Local businesses that want to post consistently everywhere
- Coaches, creators and e-commerce sellers on 4+ platforms
- Anyone paying for a scheduler and a design tool separately
✘ Poor fit
- People who post on one network and are happy with its own app
- Anyone needing a video editor, traffic source or email autoresponder (not included)
- Heavy AI users who don't want to buy credit top-ups
- Anyone who can't test it properly within 14 days

ViralDashboard AI FAQ
What is ViralDashboard AI?
ViralDashboard AI is an AI social media dashboard by Webliska Technologies. It plans a 30-day content calendar for any business, writes AI captions, designs graphics in a built-in Creative Studio, publishes to 20 platforms, manages comments and DMs in a unified inbox, and builds branded reports. It launches on JVZoo on October 19, 2026.
Is there a ViralDashboard AI coupon code?
No coupon code has been released for the launch. The discount is built into the All Access Bundle, which costs $147 one-time and includes the core tool, all five PRO upgrades and a 5,000-credit boost, about $339 if bought separately after launch.
How much does ViralDashboard AI cost?
During the launch (October 19 to 25, 2026) the All Access Bundle is $147 one-time. Optional add-ons are the Scale Pack ($47), Megabundle MAX ($247) or MAX Lite ($147). After launch the front-end returns to $37 with upgrades sold separately, and the vendor's website sells monthly plans from $19 to $299.
What are the ViralDashboard AI upsells?
The Scale Pack order bump ($47) adds 5 brands and 15 accounts. Megabundle MAX ($247) raises limits to 2,000 posts a month, 50 accounts, 10 brands and 10 seats, with 30,000 credits plus 10,000 fast-action credits and an Agency Launch Kit. MAX Lite ($147) has the same limits without the kit and fast-action credits. Agency plans for client portals are sold separately.
Is the ViralDashboard AI Megabundle MAX worth it?
Only for agencies or heavy users. All Access already allows 500 posts a month across 25 accounts and 5 brands. MAX is worth it if you'll pass 500 posts a month, need more than 3 team seats or want 30,000+ AI credits. If you want MAX's limits without the Agency Launch Kit, MAX Lite costs $100 less.
How do ViralDashboard AI credits work?
AI actions such as captions, images and content plans use credits. All Access includes 17,000 credits (a 12,000-credit vault plus a 5,000 boost) that never expire, but they're a one-time pot rather than a monthly allowance. The app shows each action's cost before you run it; the launch materials don't list per-action costs. Extra credits can be bought.
Which platforms does ViralDashboard AI post to?
ViralDashboard publishes to 20 platforms: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Mastodon, Reddit, Tumblr, Telegram, Google Business, Medium, WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify, Vimeo and VK, using official APIs.
Can I use ViralDashboard AI for clients?
Yes. A commercial license is included, and All Access gives you 5 brand workspaces, 3 team seats, approval workflows and branded PDF reports. Client portal logins, per-client billing and payment links need a separate Agency plan.
What is not included in ViralDashboard AI?
ViralDashboard is not a video editor, a traffic source or an email autoresponder. You bring your own social accounts, and its bio pages collect emails that you then use in your own email tool.
Is ViralDashboard AI legit?
Yes, it's a real software product from Webliska Technologies, sold on JVZoo and also as a monthly subscription on its own website. It's new, so there's no long track record yet, and some details (per-action credit costs, agency pricing) aren't fully published. Test it on your own accounts within the refund period.
What is the ViralDashboard AI refund policy?
Purchases go through JVZoo with a 14-day refund period, handled by ViralDashboard AI support at support@viraldashboard.io. No separate money-back guarantee is described, so test the features you need straight away.
ViralDashboard AI Video Review
Prefer to watch? In this video I walk through ViralDashboard AI: creating a brand, generating a 30-day plan, writing and designing a post, publishing to multiple platforms, the inbox and automation, how the AI credits work, the bundle and upsells, and my 21 bonuses.
What I cover in the video:
- Creating a brand and the 30-day AI content plan
- AI captions, Creative Studio and publishing to 20 platforms
- Unified inbox, automation and reports
- How the AI credits really work
- All Access Bundle, Scale Pack, MAX and MAX Lite
- Red flags, my 21 bonuses and my verdict
Final Verdict: Is ViralDashboard AI Worth It?
Yes, for freelancers, small agencies and businesses posting across several platforms. ViralDashboard AI does the whole social media job in one place: it plans the month, writes and designs the posts, publishes them everywhere, collects the replies and reports on the results. What impressed me most was how smoothly one step feeds the next, from a 30-day plan to drafts, drafts to the composer, a design straight into a post, and a report built from your data.
Go in with clear eyes on the credits: they never expire, but they don't refill, so track what each action costs in your first week. Check that the platforms you rely on connect and publish properly, and review every AI caption before it goes out to 20 networks at once.
My recommendation: buy the $147 All Access Bundle. It's the full system at less than half the post-launch price. Add the Scale Pack only if you'll run more than 5 brands, and take MAX or MAX Lite only if you'll post more than 500 times a month. The launch price ends on October 25.
