AIProspectGenie Review: Can a $27 AI Tool Really Find You $1,000 Clients?
AIProspectGenie (also written AI Prospect Genie) is a $27 one-time AI prospecting tool from Wayne Crowe that finds local businesses on Google Maps, analyses each one's website for problems you could fix with AI, and writes a personalised cold email for each. I rate it 7.1/10. The find-analyse-pitch workflow is genuinely useful for anyone selling AI services, and the $297 bundle is the standout deal of this launch, because one of its upgrades costs $297 on its own. There's no coupon code, the front-end stops at 500 prospects, and you'll need your own way to send the emails.

AIProspectGenie Review: Quick Verdict
The hardest part of selling AI services isn't the AI. It's finding businesses that need it and giving them a reason to reply. AIProspectGenie tackles exactly that: pick a niche and a city, and it pulls businesses from Google Maps, reads their websites, tells you what's missing (no one answering calls after hours, no chat, no follow-up) and drafts an email built around that gap. For $27 that's strong value, and the analysis I saw in the product screenshots is specific rather than generic. But the front-end is capped at 500 prospects, doesn't send email for you, and the refund window is only 14 days. If you're serious about building an AI agency, get the Bundle ($297). It includes the CRM, the AI services you'll actually sell, and a done-for-you first client build that costs $297 by itself.
✔ What I like
- Find, analyse and pitch in one workflow instead of three tools
- The AI analysis names specific gaps and the services that would fix them
- Emails are written around each business, not a mail-merge template
- Works for any local niche and city, and for non-AI services too
- A bundle where one upgrade alone costs the full $297
- A cheap way in: $27 one-time versus $50–$150/month for lead tools
✘ What I don't like
- Front-end stops at 500 prospects; unlimited is $27/month
- Only a 14-day refund window
- The front-end writes emails but doesn't send or follow up
- No demo video on the sales page, only screenshots
- The launch page mentions LinkedIn; the sales page only shows Google Maps
- Cold email rules in the UK, EU and Canada aren't mentioned anywhere
AIProspectGenie Coupon Code & Bundle Deal
NO CODENo coupon code has been released for this launch, on the sales page, the vendor's launch page or the JVZoo listing. Any "AIProspectGenie coupon" you see elsewhere is likely made up. The real discount is the $297 Bundle, which saves $238 on the four upgrades bought one by one.Front-End

What Is AIProspectGenie?
Picture the way most people try to land their first AI client. Open Google Maps, type "dentists near me", click into a dozen websites, guess which ones look neglected, hunt for an email address, then stare at a blank email wondering what to say. Two hours later you've sent four messages, and they all sound the same.
AIProspectGenie is built to do that grunt work for you. It's an AI prospecting platform for agencies, freelancers and anyone selling AI services to local businesses: voice agents, chatbots, automated follow-up, AI websites, review management. You tell it the type of business and the area, and it finds them, gathers the contact details it can, analyses each website for gaps, and writes a cold email that refers to that specific business and the problem it found. The vendor sums it up as Find → Analyse → Prospect.
It's made by Wayne Crowe, sold exclusively on JVZoo, and launches on October 8, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT (after a 10:00 AM EDT webinar), with the cart closing on October 12 at 11:59 PM EDT. The copy and examples are written with a UK lens, with British spelling and UK businesses in the screenshots, but it works for any country Google Maps covers.
How AIProspectGenie Works (3 Steps)
- Find. Choose a niche and a location. AIProspectGenie searches Google Maps for active businesses and collects whatever contact details are available: website, phone, email and listing information.
- Analyse. The AI reads each business's website and online presence and lists problems, missed lead opportunities, things that could be automated, and which AI services would help. It also helps you qualify which prospects to contact first.
- Prospect. It writes a personalised cold email for each business, built on the opportunity it found, so you're not sending "Hi, do you need a website?" to 200 people.
Step two is the one that matters most. A list of names is easy to get. Knowing what to say to each one is the part that normally takes hours, and it's what gets replies. It's also the step where AI can be wrong, so I'd spot-check findings before sending, at least in your first week. My Bonus #5 (AI Analysis Fact-Checker) makes that a two-minute job per prospect.
What the AIProspectGenie Analysis Looks Like
The sales page doesn't have a demo video, but the screenshots tell you more than most launch pages do. One shows the analysis for a drainage company in Manchester. Instead of vague advice like "improve your online presence", it reads like notes from someone who actually looked:
- A headline gap: nothing in place to cover reception. No live chat, no booking widget, no out-of-hours option.
- A section on what the business could do about it: answer and book jobs on the call, pick up every ring when the team is out, match the 24-hour promise on its listing, and capture job details cleanly instead of relying on callbacks.
- Things worth knowing before you pitch, like a thin one-page website and a 5-star listing with no review complaints. That's useful, because it tells you not to lead with reputation.
- The sources it read, including the company's website and its directory listing.
That's the right kind of output for a cold email. It gives you a specific, checkable reason to get in touch. Whether it's this good on every prospect is something you should check yourself in the first few days, which is why Bonus #1 measures analysis accuracy alongside email coverage.
AIProspectGenie Features
| Feature | Front-end | My take |
|---|---|---|
| AI Lead / Prospect Finder | Included | Google Maps search by niche and location. Up to 500 prospects on the front-end. |
| Business contact data | Included | "Available" details only. Expect some businesses with no public email. |
| AI Prospect Analysis | Included | The best part. Specific gaps, matched to services you can sell. |
| AI Opportunity Finder & Qualification | Included | Helps you decide who to contact first. Treat it as a guide, not a guarantee. |
| Personalised Outreach Generator | Included | A strong first draft for each prospect. Edit for tone before sending. |
| Multiple niches & markets | Included | Dentists, roofers, law firms, med spas, gyms and so on, in any area. |
| Unlimited prospects + unlimited analysis | $27/month | Checkout add-on. Only worth it once you're sending at real volume. |
| Email sending, follow-up, CRM, booking | Upgrade 1 | The front-end writes emails but doesn't send them. |
| Voice agents, chatbots, AI sites, review AI | Upgrade 3 | The tools to deliver what you sell. |
AIProspectGenie Front-End Limits & Fine Print
None of this is hidden, but it's spread across three different pages. Here it is in one place:
| Question | What the pages say |
|---|---|
| How many prospects on the front-end? | Up to 500. Unlimited prospects and analysis are a $27/month add-on offered at checkout |
| Does the bundle remove the 500 cap? | The bundle includes "all OTOs". The unlimited add-on is a monthly checkout add-on, not an OTO, so check the checkout page before you assume it's included |
| Does it send the emails? | Nothing on the sales page says the front-end sends email. Email marketing, follow-up and a CRM are in Upgrade 1 ($47) |
| Where do the prospects come from? | The sales page shows Google Maps. The vendor's launch page also mentions LinkedIn and other sources, which the sales page doesn't show |
| Is it one-time? | The front-end and upgrades are one-time launch prices. The unlimited add-on is monthly |
| Refund window? | 14 days, by contacting support |
My advice: run 3–4 searches in different niches in your first week, count how many prospects come back with a usable email, and spot-check the analysis. If fewer than a third have an email, that 500 shrinks fast. My Bonus #1 logs all of it and gives you a keep-or-refund verdict before day 14, and Bonus #3 tells you whether you'll ever need the unlimited add-on.
AIProspectGenie Pricing, OTOs & Bundle
There are two ways to buy. All prices are one-time launch prices from the vendor's launch page and the JVZoo listing, except the monthly unlimited add-on.
Path 1: Front-end + upgrades
| Level | Product | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Front-End | AIProspectGenie Core | $27 | AI Lead Finder, AI analysis, personalised outreach emails, up to 500 prospects |
| Add-on | Unlimited Prospects + Unlimited AI Analysis | $27/month | Removes the 500-prospect and analysis limits |
| OTO 1 | Prospect Follow-up System | $47 | A marketing platform with your prospects imported automatically, a done-for-you follow-up workflow, an agency landing page to book calls, email marketing, calendar and booking, CRM and pipelines |
| OTO 2 | VibeGenie Core + CMO | $67 ($47 downsell) | Finds demand for AI apps and services, validates ideas, creates offers and positioning, writes sales copy |
| OTO 3 | AI Services Platform | $97 | AI website and app building, AI chatbots, AI voice agents, Google Review AI: the services you deliver to clients |
| OTO 4 | DFY First Client Campaign | $297 | The vendor's team builds the AI solution for your first client (AI website, agent workflows, follow-up automation or a custom build), for you to resell for $1,000+ |
Path 2: Bundle (my pick)
| Product | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| AIProspectGenie Bundle | $297 one-time | Front-end + Prospect Follow-up System + VibeGenie Core + CMO + AI Services Platform + DFY First Client Campaign. Launch only |
Here's why the bundle is the obvious choice. The front-end plus all four upgrades comes to $535 bought one by one. The bundle is $297, saving $238. But the more useful way to look at it: OTO 4 alone is $297. Buy the bundle and you get the done-for-you first client build at its normal price, and the CRM, the AI services platform, the offer tools and the prospecting app on top, free.
So which should you buy?
- The Bundle ($297), if you want to run an AI agency, not just test one. Finding prospects is step one. You also need to follow up (OTO 1), have something to deliver (OTO 3) and close a first client (OTO 4). Buying those three separately is $441. And the bundle disappears when the launch closes on October 12.
- Front-end + AI Services Platform ($124): if you already have a CRM and a sending setup, and only need prospects plus the tools to deliver.
- Front-end only ($27): if you already sell a service and just want better prospect lists and emails. It's cheap, and you've got 14 days to change your mind, but upgrades bought later cost full price.
One thing to check before you pay: whether the bundle includes the unlimited add-on or keeps the 500 cap. If it doesn't, you can add the $27/month later, once you're actually close to 500. My Bonus #2 works out your cheapest path either way.
Cold Email With AIProspectGenie: Deliverability & the Law
Most launch reviews skip this part, and it's where most new agency owners get burned. The tool finds the businesses and writes the emails. What happens next is on you, and two things decide whether it works.
1. Getting into the inbox. Don't send cold email from your main business domain. Buy one or two similar domains, set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and warm the inboxes up for two to three weeks before sending 20–30 cold emails a day from each. Skip this and your carefully personalised emails land in spam, or worse, your main domain gets a bad reputation. Bonus #8 gives you the records and a dated warm-up schedule.
2. Staying legal. The rules depend on where the business is and what kind of business it is:
| Country | Cold B2B email | What you need |
|---|---|---|
| United States | Allowed | Your identity, a postal address and a working opt-out (CAN-SPAM) |
| United Kingdom | Depends | Fine for limited companies with an opt-out. Sole traders and some partnerships need prior consent (PECR). Named emails fall under UK GDPR |
| EU / Germany | Risky | Several countries, Germany especially, expect prior consent even for B2B |
| Canada | Consent-based | CASL. Implied consent can apply to published business addresses if your offer relates to their role |
| Australia | Depends | Inferred consent can apply to conspicuously published addresses (Spam Act) |
Since the product's own examples are UK businesses, this matters more than usual: plenty of plumbers, salons and consultants on Google Maps are sole traders. Bonus #6 checks your email against the rules for each country. This is general information, not legal advice.
AIProspectGenie vs Apollo, Outscraper and Doing It by Hand
Competitor prices are typical starting prices and change often, so check them before deciding.
| Feature | AIProspectGenie | Apollo.io | Outscraper + ChatGPT | Manual research |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Local business search (Google Maps) | ✔ Built in | Limited for small local firms | ✔ Scraper | Slow |
| Website analysis for AI opportunities | ✔ Automatic | No | Your own prompts | You do it |
| Personalised email per business | ✔ Automatic | AI-assisted templates | Copy-paste per prospect | You write it |
| Sending & sequences | Upgrade 1 | ✔ Included | Separate tool | Your inbox |
| Data depth (job titles, company size) | Basic | ✔ Deep | Basic | Varies |
| Year-one cost | $27–$297 one-time (+$27/mo for unlimited) | Free plan; paid from ~$49/user/mo | Pay per record + ~$20/mo | Your time |
| Track record | New (Oct 2026) | Established | Established | – |
Apollo is the better database for B2B sales to companies with job titles and departments. But local owner-run businesses, the dentists and roofers who buy AI receptionists, are where it's thinnest. AIProspectGenie's edge is the analysis and the pitch: it doesn't just tell you who to email, it tells you what to say. For an AI agency targeting local businesses, that's the more useful half.
If you'd rather find people who are already asking for help than email strangers, see my BuyerEngine AI review. It's an inbound approach that pairs well with this one.

How I scored AIProspectGenie
AIProspectGenie Red Flags
None of these stop me recommending it, but you should know them going in.
⚠ What the sales page doesn't show
- No demo video. You get screenshots and stock images, not a walkthrough. The screenshots are real product screens, but a video would show speed and how many results a search returns.
- LinkedIn mismatch. The vendor's launch page says the finder searches "Google Maps, LinkedIn and other sources". The sales page only mentions Google Maps. Assume Google Maps until you see otherwise.
- "Business contact data" means what's publicly available. Many small businesses only list a phone number or a contact form, so the share of prospects with an email will vary a lot by niche.
- No testimonials or results yet. There's no income hype either, and the disclaimer is clear, which I appreciate.
⚠ Pricing and policy fine print
- 500-prospect cap on the front-end. Unlimited is $27/month, the only recurring charge in the funnel.
- It's unclear whether the bundle includes unlimited. Check the checkout page.
- 14-day refund window, shorter than the 30 days most JVZoo launches offer.
- The terms page reads like a generic membership template ("educational content, training materials") rather than software terms. Nothing alarming, but it doesn't say anything about data use, uptime or limits.
- OTO 1's email marketing, calendar and CRM are a full platform. Ask whether email sending or SMS has usage limits or extra costs.
⚠ Risks that come with cold outreach
- AI can misread a website. One false claim in an email ("you don't have online booking" when they do) ends the conversation (Bonus #5).
- Cold email law varies by country and by type of business, and the product doesn't mention it (Bonus #6).
- Deliverability is your job. Sending from your main domain without warm-up is the fastest way into spam (Bonus #8).
✔ Why I'm still comfortable recommending it
- It solves the real bottleneck for AI agencies: knowing who to contact and what to say
- The analysis in the screenshots is specific, with sources, rather than generic AI filler
- A sensible, honest sales page: no fake income screenshots, clear disclaimer
- A 14-day refund window with a $27 entry price keeps the risk low
- The prospecting process works for any B2B service, not just AI
Who Should Buy AIProspectGenie?
✔ Good fit
- New and existing AI agencies selling to local businesses
- Freelancers selling websites, chatbots, automation or marketing services
- Local marketers who hate prospecting by hand
- Anyone who will verify findings and set up proper sending domains
✘ Poor fit
- People expecting clients without sending emails and following up
- Anyone targeting enterprise buyers who need job titles and company data
- Sellers who mainly target Germany or other consent-first countries
- Anyone who wants to blast 500 unedited emails from their main domain

Every tool runs in your browser, on desktop or phone.

AIProspectGenie FAQ
What is AIProspectGenie?
AIProspectGenie is a cloud-based AI prospecting tool by Wayne Crowe for people who sell AI and other services to businesses. It finds businesses on Google Maps by niche and location, analyses each website for problems and AI opportunities, and writes a personalised cold email for each prospect. The front-end costs $27 one-time and includes up to 500 prospects.
Is there an AIProspectGenie coupon code?
No coupon code has been released for the launch, on the sales page, the vendor's launch page or the JVZoo listing. The best discount is the $297 Bundle, which includes the front-end and all four upgrades and saves $238 compared with buying them separately.
How much does AIProspectGenie cost?
The front-end is $27 one-time. Unlimited prospects and analysis is a $27/month add-on. The upgrades are the Prospect Follow-up System at $47, VibeGenie Core + CMO at $67 ($47 downsell), the AI Services Platform at $97 and the DFY First Client Campaign at $297. The Bundle with everything is $297 one-time.
What are the AIProspectGenie OTOs?
OTO 1 Prospect Follow-up System ($47) adds a CRM, email follow-up, booking and an agency landing page. OTO 2 VibeGenie Core + CMO ($67, or $47 downsell) finds AI products and services to sell and writes offers. OTO 3 AI Services Platform ($97) adds AI websites, chatbots, voice agents and Google Review AI. OTO 4 DFY First Client Campaign ($297) has the vendor's team build your first client's AI solution.
Is the AIProspectGenie Bundle worth it?
For anyone planning to run an AI agency, yes. The Bundle costs $297, the same as OTO 4 on its own, and includes the front-end plus all four upgrades worth $535 together. It's only available during the launch, which ends October 12, 2026. Check at checkout whether it also includes the $27/month unlimited add-on.
Does AIProspectGenie send the emails for me?
The front-end finds prospects, analyses them and writes personalised emails, but the sales page doesn't say it sends them. Email marketing, follow-up workflows and a CRM come with the Prospect Follow-up System upgrade ($47). Otherwise you send from your own inbox or a cold email tool, ideally from a separate, warmed-up domain.
Is it legal to cold email businesses found with AIProspectGenie?
It depends on the country and type of business. In the US, cold B2B email is allowed with your identity, a postal address and an opt-out. In the UK it's allowed to limited companies with an opt-out, but sole traders need prior consent. Germany and several EU countries, and Canada under CASL, generally need consent. This is general information, not legal advice.
How many prospects does the AIProspectGenie front-end include?
Up to 500 prospects. Unlimited prospects and unlimited AI analysis are available as a $27/month add-on at checkout. How far 500 goes depends on how many prospects have a public email address, which varies by niche.
Is AIProspectGenie legit?
Yes, it's a real software product sold on JVZoo by Wayne Crowe, with product screenshots showing real business analyses, a clear earnings disclaimer and a 14-day refund window. It's new, so there's no long track record yet, and the sales page has no demo video.
What is the AIProspectGenie refund policy?
The sales page offers 14 days to try it. If it isn't right for you, contact support within 14 days for a refund. That's shorter than the 30 days many JVZoo products offer, so test it in your first week.
AIProspectGenie vs Apollo.io: which is better?
Apollo.io has a deeper B2B database with job titles and company data, plus built-in sequences, and suits selling to larger companies on a monthly plan. AIProspectGenie focuses on local businesses from Google Maps and adds website analysis and a personalised pitch for each one for a one-time launch price. For AI agencies selling to local businesses, AIProspectGenie is the better fit.
Final Verdict: Is AIProspectGenie Worth It?
Yes. AIProspectGenie is worth it for anyone selling AI services to local businesses, and the bundle is the version I'd buy. It goes after the right problem. Plenty of tools give you lists of businesses, but very few tell you what's actually wrong with each one and write the opening email around it. At $27, with a 14-day window to try it, the risk is small.
It won't land clients by itself, and I'd be misleading you if I said it would. You still need a warmed-up sending domain, emails that follow the rules in your target country, a few follow-ups, and a decent offer when someone replies. Treat it as a very fast research assistant, check its findings, and it will save you hours every week.
My recommendation: if you're building an AI agency, get the Bundle for $297. You get the prospecting tool, the CRM and follow-up, the AI services you'll deliver and a done-for-you first client build, for the price of that one build. Once the launch closes on October 12, that price is gone. If you already have your own CRM and services and only want better prospects, the $27 front-end is a cheap way in, and you've got 14 days to decide.
